The Splitting Conveyor was designed to save you money. It allows you to use a single cleaning line such as a Dovetail Feed Conveyor, Rotary Blower Cleaner, Color and Soft Sorters and split that one line into two separate visual inspection conveyors. This allows you to double your visual inspection area without having to purchase the other pieces as well. This system has been designed to eliminate as much drop as possible and has reduced the drop by over 5” compared to similar systems in the industry. With our staggered belt configuration there is simply no need to manually spread out the product over the inspection conveyors, which can also damage your fruit.
